Duties
- Provide expert oversight of clinical operations, ensuring adherence to chiropractic best practices and healthcare regulations
- Lead patient assessments, physical examinations, and diagnosis processes utilizing comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the musculoskeletal system
- Develop and implement individualized care plans incorporating manual therapy techniques such as diversified chiropractic adjustments, trigger point therapy, and physical rehabilitation strategies
- Manage acute pain cases and facilitate effective pain management solutions aligned with evidence-based practices
- Supervise and mentor chiropractic staff, promoting continuous professional development in areas like biomechanics, musculoskeletal diagnostics, and patient care techniques
- Oversee documentation using EMR/EHR systems to ensure accurate medical records, treatment plans, and compliance with healthcare standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes through integrated care approaches including medical imaging interpretation and client communication
Skills
- Deep understanding of patient observation, assessment, and physical examination techniques
- Extensive experience in acute pain management and pain medicine strategies
- Proficiency in biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal diagnostics
- Skilled in chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and physical assessments
- Knowledge of healthcare diagnosis procedures, medical terminology, and medical imaging interpretation
- Strong ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Excellent client communication skills to educate patients on treatment options and progress
