Duties

• Provide expert oversight of clinical operations, ensuring adherence to chiropractic best practices and healthcare regulations
• Lead patient assessments, physical examinations, and diagnosis processes utilizing comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the musculoskeletal system
• Develop and implement individualized care plans incorporating manual therapy techniques such as diversified chiropractic adjustments, trigger point therapy, and physical rehabilitation strategies
• Manage acute pain cases and facilitate effective pain management solutions aligned with evidence-based practices
• Supervise and mentor chiropractic staff, promoting continuous professional development in areas like biomechanics, musculoskeletal diagnostics, and patient care techniques
• Oversee documentation using EMR/EHR systems to ensure accurate medical records, treatment plans, and compliance with healthcare standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes through integrated care approaches including medical imaging interpretation and client communication

Skills

• Deep understanding of patient observation, assessment, and physical examination techniques
• Extensive experience in acute pain management and pain medicine strategies
• Proficiency in biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal diagnostics
• Skilled in chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and physical assessments
• Knowledge of healthcare diagnosis procedures, medical terminology, and medical imaging interpretation
• Strong ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Excellent client communication skills to educate patients on treatment options and progress
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation and record keeping
• Ability to lead clinical teams effectively while fostering a culture of evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
