Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex mechanical systems and equipment
- Independently troubleshoot issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Read and interpret detailed schematics and technical manuals
- Train and mentor lower-tier mechanics, providing hands-on guidance and technical advice
- Ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards of safety and quality
