Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to detailed plans and specifications.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during the assembly process.
- Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards and are free of defects.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the assembly process.
- Assist in restoring or repairing components as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in assembly or related fields such as carpentry or construction.
- Familiarity with construction and the ability to read cabinet plans
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with assembly work.
- Knowledge of CNC machinery is a plus.
- Knowledge of building specialty components is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
