Position Summary:The Site Manager supports all aspects of security operations at a high-profile Alliance client site. This role involves supervising daily security functions, coordinating with the NYPD during protests or special events, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all tenants and visitors. The Site Manager acts as a key liaison between the client, NYPD, and Alliance Security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Security Director in overseeing daily security operations and staff supervision
- Assist in policy enforcement, scheduling, and performance management
- Maintain communication with client representatives and building management
- Oversee incident reporting, visitor access, and CCTV monitoring
- Coordinate NYPD support during protests or large gatherings
- Ensure accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with safety standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior law enforcement or Military experience preferred
- Corporate security or management experience preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $120,000-$130,000
Prior law enforcement or Military experience preferred
