The Role
We’re looking for a Manager of Recruiting who combines operational excellence with empathy-driven leadership. This role is equal parts strategy, systems, and soul — overseeing recruiting and compensation programs that make Allia Health an extraordinary place to work. You’ll be the steady hand guiding our people infrastructure — ensuring that every policy, system, and process reflects not just what we do, but who we are.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for clinical, corporate, and operations roles — from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Lead a team (5) of full-time and contract recruiters.
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs, build diverse pipelines, and deliver an inclusive, positive candidate experience.
- Manage and optimize ADP Workforce Now recruitment feature.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable federal and state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.).
- Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure alignment on compensation frameworks, and headcount planning.
- Track and analyze recruitment and compensation people metrics to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of HR or People Operations experience, including at least 3 years managing full-cycle recruiting
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (implementation, reporting, workflows, and compliance)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness industries
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Proven success scaling HR systems and processes for multi-site organizations
