As a Used Auto Parts Counter Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking quality used automotive parts. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting the appropriate used auto parts for their vehicles.
- Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately by handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the specifications and compatibility of various auto parts to provide accurate information to customers.
- Order Fulfillment: Locate and pull parts from stock, preparing them for customer pickup or shipment.
- Customer Communication: Answer customer inquiries via phone and in person, providing information on parts availability, pricing, and warranties.
- Returns and Warranty Processing: Handle returns and warranty claims in accordance with company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in auto parts sales or a related field is preferred.
