Warehouse Associate

Job Description $20 - $24 an hour

Responsible for receiving incoming shipments and warehousing parts.  Perform receiving processes and ensure all items are processed in a timely manner. Organizing inventory in the warehouse for easy retrieval.  Use of forklifts for larger inventory items.  Properly document all inventory/parts with photos, category codes, and upload documentation into the system. 

RAA

• Receive Incoming Products:
  • Check Product Received against Packing Slip.
  • Check Packing Slip Against Purchase Order.
  • Uncrate parts and protect product.
  • Receive into ERP system, properly coding part, scan paperwork, and take photos.
  • Allocate Product to Orders or generate Repair Receivers.
  • Moving Product to Storage Location, updating location in system, and properly labeling the part.
• Fulfilling Warehouse orders, pulling inventory when Pick Tickets are issued and/or requested.
• Warehouse organization; storage solutions, location identification, neat and orderly warehouse.
• Inventory accuracy, ensure inventory locations are updated in the system and parts properly labeled.
• Perform monthly physical inventory cycle counts.
  • Validate Part Number, Serial Number and Location.
  • Ensure photos and conditions codes are in the system. 
• Shipping Outgoing Products:
  • Check Product paperwork, generate Pick Ticket and Packing Slip.
  • Check Packing Slip Against Sales Order.
  • Pull from ERP system, properly coding part and take completed photos.
  • Scan all completed paperwork, and package product.
• Comply with all company rules, regulations, and procedures set forth in company manuals and policies.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships and collaboration with other employees. 
• Develop personal skills for continuous improvement.  
• Perform and/or assist with special projects.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Experience working in warehouse environment.
• Must be able to work safely in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift and Stand-up lift experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and ERP systems, Pentagon (preferred)
• Integrity
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and multitasking skills
• Be able to lift 75 lbs
• High School diploma or GED, plus relevant experience required at the minimum.
