About Alley Cat

- 5 years managing field operations in pest control, home services, or a recurring field-services business (plumbing, HVAC, lawn care, restoration, or similar)
- Proven track record leading technician teams of 10 or more across multiple routes or locations
- Financially literate — you read and manage to a P&L
- Experience with routing, scheduling, and CRM platforms
- California-based or willing to relocate — on-site presence required
- Familiarity with California pest control regulatory environment a plus
