We are seeking a Patient Growth Manager to lead marketing initiatives and patient acquisition strategies across the Allevio Care network. This role will oversee vendor partnerships, onboard newly acquired clinics into Allevios proven patient growth playbook, and ensure that marketing operations are fully data-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to build a scalable practice-management platform.

Manage and evaluate marketing vendor relationships to maximize ROI and ensure performance accountability.

Onboard newly acquired clinics into Allevios patient growth playbook, aligning strategies with local markets and provider goals.

Utilize data and performance metrics to inform marketing spend decisions across digital and traditional channels.

Develop and distribute clinic performance reports to providers, ensuring transparency and alignment with growth goals.

Optimize patient reminder and confirmation systems to reduce no-show rates and improve provider utilization.

Leverage patient personas to design and execute targeted ad campaigns that resonate with specific demographics and payer groups.

Integrate AI and automation tools to reduce manual workloads and improve efficiency in patient growth operations.
Qualifications
-
24 years of experience in healthcare marketing, data analysis, business marketing, or management consulting.

Proven success managing marketing vendors and budgets with measurable ROI.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills; proficiency with Excel, BI tools, and marketing analytics platforms.

Experience in healthcare or multi-site medical practice environment preferred.

Familiarity with AI, automation, and CRM/marketing automation tools.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with providers, staff, and leadership.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
