About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at Allergy & Asthma Associates as a Medical Receptionist! In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth operations in our busy clinic. Help us make a difference in the lives of those managing allergies and asthma!


Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-ins efficiently.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and patient communications promptly.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient flow and care.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming at all times.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations.
Requirements:
  • 3 Years experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and scheduling software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and medical terminology is advantageous.

Pay rate is negotiable based on experience.
