MEDICAL OFFICE HOURS:
8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday
8:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday- Thursdays
8:00am to 1:00 pm - Friday
Established medical office has a job opening for a front desk medical receptionist.
The position is responsible for but not limited to:
Answering multi-line phone
Scheduling patient appointments
Verifying patient insurance eligibility
Obtaining prior authorizations when required
Checking patients in and out for appointments
Collecting patient co pays
Scanning medical documents into patients' electronic chart
The individual MUST HAVE PRIOR MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST/SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE IN A MEDICALPHYSICIAN'S OFFICE .
be skilled in multitasking, communication, problem solving in a medical environment.
