The Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School (BAVTS) is seeking a motivated person with a strong background in veterinary sciences to teach high school students the fundamentals of animal care, health, and veterinary practices in a hands-on learning environment. Must have a minimum of 4 years industry related work experience OR 2 years with a Bachelors degree. Join our team and help students turn their love for animal care into a rewarding career! Work 10 months, but paid for 12 months with full benefits. No teaching experience required, but must have the ability to obtain teacher certifications as required. Valid PA Vocational I or II certifications preferred, or able to obtain. This full-time position starts in August for the 2026-2027 school year. Salary range $62,844.23 - $95,205.10. Salary based on certifications & years of experience in the trade.
