What You’ll Do
As a PSC Sales Representative, you’ll be the voice customers hear when they need product recommendations, technical support, ordering assistance, or help troubleshooting a steering issue. You’ll work closely with the Sales Lead and the rest of the Sales Team in a collaborative, high‑volume environment where accuracy, communication, and product knowledge matter.
You’ll be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending the right PSC products, supporting dealers, and helping customers resolve installation or performance issues. This role blends sales, customer service, and technical support — and plays a key part in PSC’s continued growth and customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
- Take incoming and make outgoing calls related to sales, technical support, and customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate PSC products.
- Provide clear, professional communication in high‑volume phone and email environments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and loyalty.
- All other assigned duties and responsibilities.
Dealer Development & Lead Generation
- Develop new leads through proactive dealer outreach.
- Build and maintain strong B2B and B2C relationships.
- Support dealer growth by understanding their needs and recommending solutions.
Technical Support & Product Knowledge
- Maintain working knowledge of vehicle steering systems and hydraulics.
- Assist customers with installation questions, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
- Stay informed on PSC products, updates, and available configurations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to stay informed.
Sales Operations & Collaboration
- Evaluate transactions for pricing accuracy and customer needs.
- Maintain and update sales records and forecasts.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings with the team and leadership.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve escalated issues.
General Support
- Represent PSC Motorsports with professionalism and a customer‑first mindset.
- Assist with additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- 2 years of experience in automotive parts sales preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Persuasion skills and the ability to close sales confidently.
- Active listening and a customer‑centric approach.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and conflict‑resolution skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience with Acctivate (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Comfort working in or around non‑climate‑controlled areas when needed.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
