What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly Worker position at Allen Machine and Fabrication?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products or components according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions, ensuring quality and efficiency in every step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components or products using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Inspect assembled products for accuracy, functionality, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues.
- Maintain production logs and complete required documentation.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and protocols.
Our schedule is Monday- Thursday 6am-4:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
