Description:Acme Sample is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Assembly and Swatching departments at our manufacturing facility in High Point, NC. This role is responsible for supervising production staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality standards, and driving operational efficiency to meet customer delivery deadlines.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, manufacturing experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.Supervise daily production operations for the Assembly and Swatching departmentsCoordinate production schedules and priorities to meet customer deadlinesLead and support department leads and production associatesMonitor production performance and resolve operational issues on the floorEnsure product quality standards are maintained across both departmentsCollaborate with production planning, project management, and maintenance teamsVerify employee labor hours and production reporting in company systemsOversee shipping readiness to ensure orders are completed and shipped on timeSupport continuous improvement initiatives including Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practicesCross-train employees to improve production flexibility and efficiencyRequirements: Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment requiredStrong leadership and employee management skillsExperience managing production schedules and meeting deadlinesAbility to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions quicklyStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
