Key Responsibilities
Manage case files and maintain organized documentation systems
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Assist attorneys with preparation and case management
- Gather and organize case documents and information

Requirements
- Paralegal with experience in civil litigation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn/use database programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Indiana and Illinois legal experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Smart Advocate database program experience is a big plus
- Odyssey, efiling, Pacer experience, preferred
