About the Role
This position is located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Allen Industries is hiring an Talent Acquisition Coordinator to recruit for a wide variety of positions, from skilled trades and manufacturing professionals to corporate and leadership roles. You'll work directly with decision-makers, influence hiring strategies, and play a critical role in building the teams that drive our company's success.

What You’ll Do
- Recruit for everything from skilled trades and manufacturing positions to professional and leadership roles
- Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding, and orientation activities
- Develop talent pipelines and promote the Allen Industries employment brand
- Create an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience that makes new employees feel welcomed, prepared, and engaged from day one
- Prepare offer packets, onboarding materials, and new hire documentation
- Coordinate background checks, drug screens, employment verification, E-Verify, and I-9 compliance
- Track recruiting metrics and help drive continuous improvement in our hiring processes
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of recruiting/talent acquisition
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now Recruiting
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with leaders at all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related experience
