Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Worship Director based in Marysville, WA. The Worship Director will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and leading worship services, cultivating a meaningful worship experience that aligns with the church's mission. This role includes selecting and integrating worship music, rehearsing with the worship team, and overseeing the musical elements of Sunday services and special events. The Worship Director will also collaborate with church leaders to foster spiritual growth within the congregation through worship.
Qualifications
- Experience in Worship Music, Church Music, and Music Ministry
- Proficiency in playing and leading with musical instruments, such as the keyboard
- Strong understanding of music arrangements and ability to lead a diverse worship team
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- A heart for ministry and a passion for leading others in worship
- Familiarity with contemporary and traditional styles of worship music
- Experience with audio/visual equipment and sound systems is a plus
- Commitment to the mission and values of Allen Creek Community Church
