Allen Construction, LLC is a growing commercial general contractor located in West Liberty, Kentucky. Allen Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced commercial construction project manager.

Duties:
· Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and/or Chief Project Officer
· Review project estimates prepared during the bidding process updating for any changes or adjustments that may be necessary prior to the start of the project.
· Review and understand the construction contract including but not limited to the imposition of liquidated damages, weather impact day documentation and request procedures and substantial and final completion deadlines.
· Prepare and/or obtain, review and submit all submittals in a timely manner
· Prepare a project schedule in logical steps using the Critical Path Method and budget time required to meet deadlines using Smartsheet software.
· Request and approve purchase orders
· Prepare all proposal requests related to change orders and provide all approved change orders to the project accountant.
· Approve all project related costs (self-performed, subcontractor and supplier) working closely with the accounts payable clerk.
· Approve Field Superintendents time weekly using the ComputerEase FieldEase Application
· Review and approve monthly progress billings with the project accountant for each project
· Provide cost to finish estimates for each project at the end of each month to assist the Chief Financial Officer in preparing accurate WIP reports.
· Attend all project progress meetings.
· Complete various job checklists.
· Be responsible for the day-to-day management and activities of the project(s) working closely with filed superintendents.
· Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
· Prepare subcontract agreements accurately and timely.
· Understand project scopes and review subcontractor agreements to ensure there are no gaps in scope.
· Perform takeoffs for material, order material and ensure it is delivered to job sites in accordance with the schedule and so that no delays are caused by material not being on-site when needed.
· Ensure all owned and/or rented equipment is available and on-site as needed in coordination with the field superintendent.
· Any other duties deemed necessary to meet overall company goals
