12 Month Contract Full-time Position (renewable contract position)
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Online Learning is responsible for LMS and resource
management, professional development, and faculty and student support. The
Director also collaborates with faculty and staff to design and develop high-
quality online courses and programs.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related
academic discipline required; experience with Learning Management Systems
and college teaching preferred.
LOCATION: Iola Campus office location.
SALARY: $57,696-$76,928 based on education and experience. Excellent benefits
package available.
STARTING DATE: Negotiable. Position open until filled.
