You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, science, or technology, along with several years of experience in research and development management roles, often with a track record of successful project management. Your background in mechanical engineering, materials science, and hardware, particularly with fine wires for medical technology products, is essential for this role. You have overseen the research and development process, project management, team leadership, budgeting, and ensuring the timely delivery of innovative products or solutions. You are responsible for research, planning, and implementing new processes into our company, overseeing the entire development process of new products within the organization, and actively participating from the initial planning phase to implementation or production. You keep track of all costs related to the creation of new products and decide which ideas are worth pursuing. You stay informed on industry trends to ensure the company remains up to date with the most advanced developments.
You possess strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a keen eye for innovation. You are proficient in English and possibly other languages, which helps in our global operations. Your soft skills include effective communication, problem —solving, team collaboration, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
