Join our dynamic team at Business Unit Specialized, a cornerstone of the Tube Division within Alleima Group!

We are proud to be a global factor in producing and supplying high-quality tubular products for cutting-edge industries. Our innovative solutions, crafted from corrosion-resistant alloys such as stainless steel, nickel, and titanium, are setting new standards in these exciting markets.

We are seeking a dedicated Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team in Kennewick, WA, with approximately 150 employees, where we produce high‑precision titanium tube products for demanding markets such as Aerospace.

Your Role

As the EHS Manager, your focus will ensure the organization meets all applicable environmental regulations while driving safe and sustainable operational performance. You will serve as a primary resource for environmental compliance and continuous improvement initiatives that support our long‑term Environmental, Health and Safety strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Design, implement, and oversee all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs, ensuring they protect employees, contractors, visitors, and surrounding communities.
  • Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations, permits, and standards.
  • Monitor emerging regulations and recommend proactive strategies to maintain future compliance.
  • Prepare and submit required environmental and safety reports to regulatory agencies and corporate offices (e.g., air emissions, SARA reporting, hazardous waste, NPDES).
  • Support wastewater operations using technical knowledge and guidance.
  • Maintain and manage ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified management systems, ensuring ongoing certification and continuous improvement.
  • Support our document control systems for the Integrated Management System (CaneaOne) and oversee Safety Data Sheet (SDS) management platforms.
  • Conduct and lead audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, including internal audits and regulatory evaluations.
  • Lead incident investigations, performing root cause analyses and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Promote a safety‑minded culture, actively engaging employees in a union environment to reinforce safe behaviors and improve safety performance. Lead the Central Safety Committee to collaboratively address hazards, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and deliver safety and environmental training, including regulatory‑required topics such as LOTO and HazCom.
  • Ensure facility systems and operations (e.g., fire alarms, oxygen monitors, SPCC, stormwater controls, waste storage) are functional to ensure safety and compliance
  • Track, analyze, and report EHS performance metrics to leadership and present regular status updates.
  • Coordinate risk management activities, maintain the facility risk register, and support risk‑reduction initiatives.
  • Manage sustainability initiatives, driving continuous improvement in environmental performance.
  • Supervise the Workers’ Compensation program, coordinating with external vendors to manage cases and reduce injury‑related impacts.
  • Assist in managing onsite security to support overall facility safety and protection.

About You

You’re an experienced EHS professional with a strong foundation in environmental protection, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. You turn complex requirements into clear, practical actions that improve safety and reduce risk, all while leading teams and promoting a culture where safe and environmentally responsible operations thrive.

With hands‑on compliance expertise and the ability to influence at all levels, you drive continuous improvement and support long‑term business and sustainability goals. Backed by education in environmental or safety disciplines, ideally with a bachelor’s degree and CSP, you bring deep regulatory knowledge, industrial EHS experience, and proficiency in ISO 14001, continuous improvement, and OSHA standards. You’ve led audits, compliance reviews, and investigations, and excel in incident response, risk assessment, training, and corrective actions.

Above all, you’re proactive, solutions‑focused, and committed to environmental stewardship and employee well‑being.
