Position: Machine Operator (Assistant Cutter)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Machine Operator to work under our Production Supervisor. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes.
Pay: $14 USD/HR
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 7am-3pm
- Flexibility is a must – hours subject to change based on production needs
Responsibilities
- Machine operator for hot wire cutting lines with efficient consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
- Stretch wrap bundles as needed/palletizing.
- Track block numbers.
- Tape measure/ruler knowledge.
- Adaptive to change (Moving from one line to another).
- Drives the line.
Physical Demands
- Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
- Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
- Ability to perform duties in a high-temperature environment (150-170 degrees Fahrenheit) for short periods of time (typically less than 5 minutes).
