What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all property-level accounting operations, from resident invoicing to reconciliations.
- Lead month-end and year-end closes with precision and timeliness.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform business decisions.
- Partner with leadership to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
- Support audits, investor reporting, and compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 7 years in progressive accounting roles
- Proficiency with RealPage or Yardi, plus advanced Excel skills.
- A proven ability to mentor teams, solve problems, and present data clearly.
