WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist residents with medication administration in accordance with training, applicable regulations, and community policies.
- Provide compassionate support to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
- Monitor residents' well-being and report changes to the appropriate care team members.
- Maintain accurate medication records and follow established procedures.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents while helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
- A genuine passion for caring for seniors.
- Dependability, patience, and attention to detail.
- Previous caregiving, CNA, or healthcare experience is a plus.
- A willingness to learn and complete Medication Technician training.
