As a Server, you'll help make mealtimes enjoyable and welcoming for our residents and guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Serve meals accurately and efficiently
- Clear tables and reset the dining room after meals
- Maintain a clean and sanitized dining area
- Deliver and retrieve meal trays from resident apartments as needed
- Label and date food properly
- Assist the dining team with additional duties as needed
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with seniors
- Positive attitude and strong customer-service skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and safety
- Food service, restaurant, dining, or serving experience is preferred but not required
- Must successfully complete required background screening
- Must follow company Drug-Free Workplace policies
