Customer Service Representative-Sign Production

We pride ourselves on a supportive and collaborative team environment.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sign Production Customer Service Representative. In this dual-function role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the custom signage process from initial consultation to final installation, while also assisting the production team in bringing their vision to life.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation & Sales: Engage with new and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person visits to understand their signage needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Project Management: Oversee the entire sign creation process, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and within budget.Artwork & Design Coordination: Collaborate with our graphic designers to ensure artwork is print-ready and meets client specifications.Production Support: Assist the production team with various tasks such as preparing materials, quality checks, and packaging finished products.Problem Solving: Address client concerns promptly and effectively, managing returns or revisions if a mistake occurs, to ensure high customer satisfaction.Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate customer records, process orders, and handle general inquiries.Qualifications & SkillsPrevious experience in a customer service or sales role is required.Familiarity with the sign-making or print industry is a plus, but not mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret detailed job orders is beneficial.Proficiency in general computer applications; experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Salary : $41,000 - $44,000
