Role Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant / Executive Administrative Assistant to support TyRell Stevens in Eagle, ID and Nampa, ID.
This role is critical to the smooth operation of the practice. You will work directly with the advisor to deliver excellent client service, manage day-to-day operations, and help drive practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the advisor’s calendar, schedule client appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
- Assist with new client onboarding and new account processing
- Provide ongoing client servicing (account updates, paperwork, policy changes, etc.)
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and client communications with professionalism
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM data
- Prepare for client meetings (agendas, documents, illustrations)
- Coordinate and support marketing efforts, events, and seminars
- Manage general office operations and administrative tasks
- Help with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative experience (experience supporting a financial advisor, insurance agent, or professional services role is a strong plus)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and client-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new systems (CRM, financial software)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to support clients and the advisor
