This will be a first shift position. Working hours are 5am-330pm, Monday-Thursday.

SUMMARY:
The Assembly Worker position is responsible for assembling products, operating machinery and using hand tools to manufacture parts that meet required specifications. A knowledge of using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers, reading blueprints and standard work instructions, and basic machining and HMI (human machine interface) would be beneficial but not required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine/repetitive assembly operations
- Using fixtures, equipment, precision measuring devices and a wide range of hand/power tools.
- Must continuously meet/exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift and move objects, occasionally lifting some objects weighing up to 40 pounds
- Stand on antifatigue matting and walk on concrete continuously throughout a (ten) 10-hour shift
