ALLEGIANT Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our unique and exceptional team. We are a small outpatient clinic in the Las Vegas area, working closely with the surgeons and physicians of Nevada Spine Clinic and Allegiant Spine Institute. While our primary focus is treating patients with spine-related impairments, we also provide high-quality care for various orthopedic conditions.
We are known for delivering individualized, high-quality care, emphasizing a balance between therapeutic exercise/activities and manual therapy techniques.

While prior outpatient clinic experience and OCS certification are preferred, they are not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, in-person patient care
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Coordinate with the care team to implement therapeutic activities aligned with the physical therapist’s plan of care and physician orders
- Ensure safe techniques during ambulation, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
- Accurately and promptly document patient progress and treatments
- Adhere to all federal, state, and insurance-based regulations
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Nevada State Physical Therapy License
