Responsibilities
- Operate the FONAR Upright MRI system to perform high-quality scans.
- Produce monthly census reports.
- Be proactive on equipment maintenance.
- Take a lead role in scheduling vendors for maintenance issues.
- Follow precise orders from physicians.
- Screen patients for MR safety prior to scanning.
- Assist as needed with scheduling and patient flow.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to optimize imaging protocols.
- Maintain accurate records, charting and adhere to facility guidelines.
- Educate patients on the scanning process and address any concerns.
Qualifications
- ARRT Certification MRI Preferred
- State Licensure – Nevada
- Experience with MRI imaging (FONAR Upright experience is a plus!)
- Strong communication Skills
