Allegiant Hospice is looking for a welcoming, organized receptionist to help keep our office running smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping them feel heard while connecting them with the right team member.
What you’ll do
- Greet visitors, answer calls, respond to general questions, and route messages.
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate staff meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, agendas, and reports.
- Maintain office files, sort mail, and assist with copying and other clerical work.
- Help with basic accounting tasks as assigned.
- Handle patient information with care and confidentiality.
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable typing and using a computer, phone system, and office equipment.
- Able to stay organized and manage competing requests.
- Previous office or reception experience is preferred.
