Amcare Pro Home Health is interviewing for a Full Time Licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to add to our growing DFW team.
The right candidate would need to be a self-starter, who needs very little supervision and can exemplify the ability to supervise PTAs .
Previous HOME HEALTH experience is REQUIRED. Knowledge of the OASIS assessment tool would be necessary.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status and participate in developing the plan of care.
- Direct physical therapy treatment/supervise PTAs
- Work under the supervision of a PT
- Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances.
- Prepare and submit clinical notes in a timely manner.
Requirements of Qualified Candidates:
- Must be currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in the STATE OF TEXAS and compliant with accepted professional standards and practices
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
