We are partnering with a forward-thinking General Contractor known for delivering complex, design-led projects across major high-rise and multifamily projects. In this role, you will work closely alongside the VP, playing a key part in driving strategy, building new teams, and delivering landmark projects as the division scales. This is a true leadership role in a high-growth environment, with the autonomy and influence to leave a lasting mark.
As Project Executive, you will take full ownership of major projects, providing strategic leadership across all phases. You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations, while fostering strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading multiple large-scale residential or high-rise projects simultaneously
- Overseeing preconstruction, planning, and execution strategies
- Driving cost, schedule, and risk management across the full lifecycle
- Managing and mentoring project teams to deliver high-performance outcomes
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Ensuring best-in-class safety, operational, and quality standards on site
You will ideally possess:
- Proven experience as a Project Executive / Senior Project Manager within construction
- Strong background delivering multi-family residential and/or high-rise developments
- Experience managing large-scale, complex builds
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with strong understanding of cost control and programme delivery
- Passion for delivering high-quality, design-driven projects
