Position: MEP Estimator
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Salary: $90K - $120K
We’re hiring an experienced MEP Estimator to join a well-established, family-owned commercial services company that has proudly served Central Texas for over 60 years.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform advanced takeoffs using estimating software
• Review bid documents, plans, and specifications to define full project scope
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and value engineering alternatives
• Track project cost data and improve estimating accuracy
• Collaborate on large projects and participate in job turnover/closing meetings
• Maintain market pricing knowledge for materials and construction costs
What We’re Looking For:
• 5 years of MEP estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of construction bidding processes and on-screen takeoff platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Trimble/Quickpen
• Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals
• Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to customer satisfaction
