A high-growth General Contractor specializing in healthcare and commercial interior construction is looking to add two Estimators / Preconstruction professionals to its Charlotte team.
Founded in 2010, the business has grown to 70 employees and is on track to deliver over $120M this year, with consistent 25–30% year-over-year growth. They’ve built a strong reputation across the Southeast for delivering fast-paced, high-quality interior projects while maintaining an energetic, collaborative culture.
They’re looking for commercially minded Estimators who can build relationships, work directly with clients, and play a key role in winning projects. Strong communication skills and a client-facing approach are just as important as technical estimating ability.
