The role
You'll be responsible for delivering commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing commercial construction projects.
- Developing project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
- Managing procurement activities.
- Attending client meetings.
- Preparing project reports.
- Supporting estimating and pre-construction when required.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
What we're looking for
- Previous Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor.
- Experience delivering commercial interiors or tenant improvement projects.
- Boston construction market experience.
