Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a passion for delivering exceptional, high-end residential projects? We are a leading luxury residential builder in the Hamptons, renowned for crafting bespoke homes of the highest quality, and we’re looking for a talented Site Supervisor to join our team.
As our Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations on-site for luxury residential projects ranging from $6–12 million. You’ll act as the primary point of contact on the ground, ensuring all work meets our exacting standards of craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily on-site operations across high-end residential projects.
· Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and deliveries to keep the project running smoothly.
· Ensure all work meets quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
· Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and building regulations.
· Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and client where required.
· Troubleshoot issues proactively to keep the project on track.
Requirements:
· Proven experience supervising luxury residential builds valued between $6–12 million.
· Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and high-end finishes.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex schedules.
· Ability to maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and clients.
· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
