QualificationsPlease do not apply unless you have the following experience:

• Are you currently working as a Large Loss Estimator in the insurance restoration, public adjusting, or disaster restoration industry?
• Do you have 3 years of experience writing large-loss reconstruction estimates?
• Are you highly proficient in Xactimate?
• Have you estimated residential or commercial losses exceeding $100,000?
• Are you experienced in supplements, scope negotiations, and carrier communications?
• Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work well with adjusters, contractors, carriers, and clients?

What You’ll Do as a Large Loss EstimatorResponsibilities Include

• Write accurate and detailed estimates using Xactimate and Symbility
• Handle average residential and commercial losses exceeding $100,000
• Review inspections, photos, reports, and contractor scopes to create complete estimate packages
• Conduct occasional site visits and reinspections when necessary
• Clearly communicate with carriers, insureds, contractors, and adjusters regarding scope, pricing, and expectations
• Manage supplements, revisions, and change orders efficiently
• Ensure all claim files are properly documented and updated
• Meet service-level expectations and maintain high standards of client experience
• Support operational goals including estimate turnaround time, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Handle a high volume of estimates while maintaining speed and accuracy
