Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate software development projects from planning through delivery in collaboration with product managers and offshore developers.
- Facilitate clear, consistent communication between internal stakeholders (product, support, QA) and the offshore development team.
- Manage sprint planning, task tracking, and stand-ups using tools such as Jira, or similar.
- Maintain project documentation including timelines, scope, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Monitor development progress to ensure adherence to scope, quality, and deadlines.
- Assist in gathering, refining, and communicating requirements to the offshore team.
- Track and triage bugs or issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and deployment planning.
- Identify potential project risks or delays and communicate proactively with relevant teams.
- Work flexible hours as needed to accommodate time zone differences with the offshore development team.
- 2 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role within a software or SaaS environment.
- Prior experience working directly with offshore development teams is required.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication skills, especially in managing remote or international teams.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry or claims management processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating teams across time zones and managing asynchronous workflows.
- Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience
