We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workday Analyst to join our HRIS team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Workday environment to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Workday modules, focusing on security roles, business processes, and user access management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end users, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Assist in the configuration and testing of Workday updates and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system changes.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge sharing.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
- Provide training and support to users on Workday functionality and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience working with Workday in an analyst or support role.
- Solid understanding of Workday security, domain and role-based access, and business process configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Manages multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proactive and consistent communication skills, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Absence, or Talent.
- Experience with Workday reporting tools (e.g., custom reports, calculated fields).
- Familiarity with Workday community.
- Workday Pro certifications are a plus but not required.
