Floating Caregiver Position
We are looking for dependable, caring, and dedicated caregivers to join our team in a Floating Caregiver position. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, reliable, and comfortable providing quality care to different clients based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Remind clients to take medications as permitted by state regulations
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands
- Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Be available to cover open shifts and support different clients as needed
- Adapt quickly to different client routines, care plans, and environments
Qualifications
- Compassionate, reliable, flexible, and patient
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with different clients and schedules
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus
