What You’ll Do
Lead & Empower a High-Performing Electrical Team
Supervise and mentor electricians and apprentices in the field.
Run job site visits to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
Train your team on code compliance, troubleshooting, installation best practices, and customer service.
Lead daily huddles, safety meetings, and ongoing performance touchpoints.
Own the Execution of Electrical Projects
Coordinate job readiness with office and warehouse teams, ensuring correct materials and permits are in place.
Oversee panel upgrades, EV charger installs, whole-home rewires, and service repairs.
Resolve on-site challenges quickly — technical, customer-related, or logistical.
Drive Quality, Compliance & Safety
Ensure every installation meets NEC requirements and Allbritten workmanship standards.
Perform final inspections and walkthroughs prior to job completion.
Partner with utility companies and city inspectors to keep schedules on track.
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
Act as the point of contact for escalated or complex projects.
Set clear expectations on scope, timelines, and follow-ups.
Ensure technicians deliver Allbritten’s signature customer care on every job.
Support the Business & Team Growth
Provide timely updates and documentation through ServiceTitan or mobile systems.
Track team KPIs and support accountability and goal achievement.
Assist with onboarding, skills development, and evaluations of new hires.
What You Bring to the Team
2 years of residential electrical experience, including 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
Deep knowledge of NEC, local codes, and industry-best installation and service practices.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to train and develop junior electricians.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using field service management software (ServiceTitan experience a plus).
