At Allbritten the Barefoot Plumber, we’ve been serving Fresno families since 1932 with top-notch plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. Now, we’re looking for a CSR/Dispatcher to be the friendly voice our customers hear and the person who keeps our technicians on schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for our customers.
- Schedule service appointments and update customers on their calls.
- Dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Support the office team with daily administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service or dispatching experience (HVAC, plumbing, or service industry a plus!).
- Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to effectively relay information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Comfort using scheduling systems and computer applications.
- Understands the importance of follow-ups and consistently follows through with customers, technicians, and managers in a timely manner.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to follow processes and procedures carefully without skipping steps.
- A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
