Allan Myers is excited to announce an internal opportunity for the role of Innovation Engineer. This position is ideal for candidates with at least three years of experience, a strong understanding of construction operations, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization.
As the “AI Advocate” for Allan Myers operations, your initial focus will help us harness and leverage the power of Copilot efficiently and consistently in our daily operations. You will be working closely with project teams and field operations to identify how and where we can utilize Copilot to make us Better, Faster and Safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to construction operations, including software, equipment, and process innovations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess current workflows and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, safety, and quality through technology.
- Lead pilot programs and trials of new technology solutions, providing feedback and recommendations to leadership.
- Document findings and prepare reports to support the adoption of effective technologies company-wide.
- Serve as a trusted resource for field teams, helping them adopt and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Will require occasional travel throughout Maryland, Virgina, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
