About the Role
As our Director of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for:
Leading and managing a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of patient rooms, common areas, and facilities
Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and protocols to meet our high standards of cleanliness and infection control
Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall cleanliness and appearance of our facility
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless delivery of services
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Director
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Healthcare, or related field preferred
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
