About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Allaire Rehab & Nursing, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• Conduct patient assessments, identify care needs, and develop strategies to address them

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive best practices and enhance patient outcomes

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, focusing on their physical, emotional, and psychological needs

• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies

• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 coverage and support to our residents
