Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, in a manner that promotes independence and dignity
- Provide personalized care and support to patients with complex medical needs, including those with neurological impairments
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and progress
- Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans and interventions
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
