About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Regional Director of Community Marketing to lead marketing and outreach initiatives across several of our facilities in Central Jersey. This role is responsible for strengthening referral relationships, increasing community visibility, and supporting census growth through strategic, compassionate, and community-focused engagement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for multiple nursing home facilities.Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, senior-service organizations, and community partners.Support and guide on-site admissions and marketing teams.Coordinate tours, community events, and educational outreach programs.Monitor market trends, referral data, and competitor activity.Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all locations.Travel regularly between assigned nursing homes.Qualifications:3–5 years in healthcare marketing, nursing home admissions/marketing, or post-acute care outreach.Strong understanding of the healthcare referral landscape.Exceptional communication, networking, and leadership skills.Able to multitask, manage deadlines, and work across multiple sites.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
