What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver I position at ALL, Inc.?
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26’ straight truck and comply with DOT and local laws. Perform routine vehicle inspections. Maintain the cleanliness of the truck.
- Unload and place appliances in customer homes and job sites with the help of a Delivery Assistant and straps. Maintain accurate delivery records.
- Perform minor appliance installation (opportunity to learn and perform more complex appliance installation).
- Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with customers during deliveries.
- Assist in warehouse tasks as needed, including inventory management and organization.
Qualifications
- Have a valid MN driver's license and a safe driving record
- Be at least 21 yrs old
- Pass a DOT physical and non-DOT drug test (paid for by the Company)
- Perform heavy physical demands, lifting 50lbs. frequently
- Have demonstrated positive and professional customer facing experience
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience safely operating a 26’ straight truck or similar transferable experience
- 6 months experience working in a warehouse or similar type of industry safely moving and lifting heavy products using dollies and/or straps
- Experience reading bills of lading and other delivery paperwork

This full-time role offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, allowing for evenings and weekends free.
